A public-services agency needed information to reach a wide range of residents, which meant accessibility and plain language weren’t optional — they were the brief.

I built the front end to meet WCAG standards from the start and worked against a ColdFusion and PostgreSQL backend already in place, prioritizing clarity over cleverness throughout.
